Our products
I would like to buy a product, but it is currently out of stock. Can you contact me when it will be available again?
When a product is out of stock, you will find a link on its page that allows you to sign up for an email notification. That way, you'll receive a message once the product is back in stock. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram and we'll let you know when products are out of stock and what's new.
The expiration date of the product I received does not meet my expectations.
All expiration dates are indicated on our website on each product page so that there are no surprises for our customers. So, when you add a product to your cart, you must check that the date indicated corresponds to your expectations.

Why is my package at the pickup location? I asked for home delivery.
You asked for your order to be delivered to your home, but it was delivered to a pickup location and you wonder why? You should know that it is not Produits du Brésil that delivers, but the company you chose when you placed your order (Chronopost, Mondial Relay, UPS or any other carrier).
How much does delivery cost?
Produits du Brésil ships to cities in all European Union countries. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by the website according to your address and the products you choose.
Where do you deliver? Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver to all cities in Metropolitan France and the European Union
Do you deliver in Switzerland?
Unfortunately not! As Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, the shipping procedures are different and we are not able to export at the moment.

I contacted you on Instagram or Facebook about a problem with my order, but you didn't respond.
Sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the comments on our social media posts. It may happen that we miss one of your posts. In any case, contact us directly on our site through our contact page to receive a quick response.
I contacted you in the evening or on the weekend but did not get an immediate response.
Our customer service is open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. We may respond outside of these hours, but this is never guaranteed. During business hours, we try to respond as quickly as possible, but it may take several hours before you receive a response.
Do you have a store? Where is it located?
We don't have a store, but our warehouse is open to the public. It is located in Boves, near Amiens (in the Hauts de France).
